Due to the nature of our products being perishable and consumable, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on any items once they’ve been dispatched. All sales are final.
Damaged During Transit?
We do our absolute best to package your order securely — but once it’s with the courier, some things are out of our hands.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please get in touch with us at info@thedoughctor.com.au as soon as possible.
To help us resolve it quickly, please include:
Clear photos of the damage
Your order number and any helpful info
We’ll do everything we can to make it right, and can offer either:
A full refund to your original payment method, or
Store credit for a future order
