🍪 Ordering & Delivery
We bake on Tuesday’s for every drop. Ship out Wednesday mornings, delivery in 1-3 days!
Not yet — we’re online-only for now. But never say never.
Yep! We currently ship across Australia via courier. No international shipping (yet).
Metro areas usually take 1–3 business days after dispatch. Confident you will get it before the weekend!
Not at this stage — cookies are sent on Wednesdays after each drop and we ship them fresh ASAP.
Couriers will either leave your order in a safe place or take it to the nearest collection point. If it’s hot, we suggest someone’s home to grab your cookies!
🧾 Orders & Payments
Because these are edible products, we can’t accept returns. But if something went wrong, contact us — we’ll make it right.
Once an order is placed, we allow till Monday the following day by 12pm to cancel or change your order. Please double-check everything before checking out!

Yes. Every cookie is handcrafted by Human hands
Depending on the cookies they weigh between 70-75g each. The perfect size to leave you satiated and feeling good- but you’ll still eat more than one.
advise eating them ASAP (within reason) to ensure maximum freshness! A couple days after you receive them. DON’T PUT THEM IN THE FRIDGE. IT DRIES THEM OUT
I personally haven’t tried freezing them! They never make it to the freezer.
Not yet — it does make a delicious raw dough though. Watch this space
The only preservatives are the sugars in the cookies. No nasties.

NO NOT YET. At this stage, all cookies contain gluten, dairy, and eggs. We may offer allergen-friendly options in future.
Yes. Many of our cookies contain nuts or are made in the same kitchen, so we don’t recommend our cookies for people with allergies — even if the specific cookie doesn’t have nuts in it.
We choose high-quality ingredients and support Australian growers and producers wherever possible. Australian Certified Organic unbleached flour. Australian butter. Free rang eggs.
