After nearly a decade working as a tradie, two apprenticeships, nominations for multiple awards, and a lot tools, I made the decision to follow my passion for baking.
What started as a hobby on weekends turned into something bigger than I imagined. After a lot of great reviews from family and friends I thought, maybe there’s something to this?
In February this year, I swapped the tool-belt for cookie dough and launched The Dough-ctor Baked Goods. A brand built on premium cookies, thoughtful design- an experience for the eyes and tastebuds.
Sourcing premium ingredients I knew i wanted to use Australian produce and products wherever possible. Supporting our local farmers and growers is something that means a lot to me and i will do it for as long as i can.
From the packaging to the product, every detail has been crafted with care. This is more than just a cookie, it’s a moment, a gift, an extension of myself.
I am looking forward to being at markets and pop ups (in the near future) to meet everyone face-to-face and talk to you all. This is what brings me the most joy and happiness and I can’t wait to be there.
